He was predeceased by: his parent Franklin R.; his sister Anna Mae (Hoffman); and his nephew Richard Stiefel. He is survived by: his spouse Carolyn A. Hoffman (Conrad); his parent Sarah E. Hoffman (Balthaser); his children, Todd F. Hoffman and Shelly L. Lentz; his grandchildren, Nicole Light, Jaclyn Gold (Light), Ryan Hoffman, Hope Hoffman and Brock Hoffman; his niece Robin (Stiefel); his spouse Gary Phillips; and also, Exeter Twp and Hamburg. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
