He is survived by: his children, Justin Regan of Leesport, PA, Gabriel Rodriguez of Shippensburg, PA, Zachary Rodriguez of Hershey, PA, Elliot Rodriguez of Maricopa, AZ and Melinda Rodriguez-Tercius of Dublin, OH; and his siblings, Juan Rivera, Alicia Rivera, Neida Rivera, Hector Rivera, Zenaida Rivera, Ruben Rivera, Angelica Downing, Crucita Berrios and Wilfredo Fontaanez.
