He was predeceased by: his parent Pearl E. Garrison (Spence); and his son Steven Garrison. He is survived by: his stepparent Daniel E. Garrison III; his children, Dean Garrison and Kelly (Garrison); his spouse Rex Ulmer of Tallahassee; his grandchildren, Heidi Garrison of Leesport, Paige Zellner of Reading and Maximus Ulmer of Tallahassee; and his great grandchildren, Zane Hess, Layla Zellner and Brehson Bortz.
