He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest S. Machmer and Mildred V. Machmer (Baer); and his brother Kenneth Machmer (Darlene). He is survived by: his wife Carolyn M. Machmer (Dietrich); his sons, Gregory D. Machmer of Centre Twp and Mathew M. Machmer (Cassandra) of Centre Twp; his grandchildren, Michael, Brandon, Owen, Adam, Elyssa, Alexis and Mackenzie; and his siblings, Ruth Marko (late John), Forrest A. Machmer (Janet), Mary Jane Quillman (late Carl) and Evelyn Hoppes (Howard).
