He was predeceased by: his wife Irene M. Lash (Henn); and his parents, Clarence Lash and Kate Lash (Moyer). He is survived by: his sons, Curtis E. Lash, Jr. (Donna), Keith A. Lash (Linda) and Craig A. Lash (Diane); his grandchildren, Timothy, Jennifer, Karen, Curtis III, Barrett, Jeremy and Jason; and his great grandchildren, Olivia, Camilla, Dylan, Evan, Braiden, Emily, Vivienne, Clayton, Carter and Elizabeth.
