He was predeceased by: his parent Elwood D. Noll; and his stepfather Robert C. Keller. He is survived by: his spouse Patricia A. Noll (Burdge); his parent Mary J. Keller (Fick); his daughters, Amy D. Blevins, Hamburg, Shannon L. Stevenson and Leesport; his grandchildren, Tyler, Jessica, Michael, Caitlin, Shiloh and Alexa; and his siblings, Robert C. Keller, Jr., Deborah L. Readinger and Robin L. Wicks.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent to the funeral home at the above address to assist the family with final expenses.
