Betty Naftzinger Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Naftzinger (Leesport, Pennsylvania), who passed away on April 18, 2024 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Norman C. Naftzinger; her parents, Leroy J. Weist and Mary Weist (Graeff); her granddaughter Jennifer Kuhn; and her siblings, John, Kenneth, Leroy Weist, Mildred Folk (Weist), Ada Spatz (Weist) and Mary Snyder (Weist).

She is survived by: her children, Scott A. Naftzinger (Donna Marie), Shirley A. Kauffman (Ray), Cumru Twp, Susan J. Dougherty (Dennis A.) and Lori L. Kuhn (late John R.); her grandchildren, Shelley Kauffman (David), Tracy Astheimer (Jason), Stepanie Schwartz (Robert), Bradley Dougherty (Kim), Tina Phillips (George), Jessica Pisker (Luke), Calvin Naftzinger and Kayla Naftzinger; and her sister Anna Lied. She is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren.
