She was predeceased by: her parents, LeRoy Oswald and Jean (Steininger); her former husband Jack T. Foster; her husband Albert J. Eltz; her stepson David Eltz; and her sister Nancy Merkel.
She is survived by: her daughters, Nancy Zuber (late Dean) of Lincoln Park and Debra Bailey (Ralph) of Fort Myers, FL.; and her sister Sylvia Fantilli. She is also survived by her 5 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren.
