He was predeceased by: his parents, William James and Edna Louise Stockdill (Seybert); and his half-sister Shirley Lanigan. He is survived by: his wife Stella Louise Stockdill (Bowser); his children, William James Stockdill (Josie) of Tionesta, Penny Grace Stockdill of Tionesta and Jessica Arlene Stockdill of Oil City; his granddaughters, Katana Rose Love, Rebekah Anna Stockdill and Ellie Renee Stockdill; and his brothers, Jerry Ray Stockdill (Phyllis) of Kissinger Mills and William Charles Stockdill (Maxine) of Rimersburg. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
