He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest L. Carbaugh and Elsie F. Carbaugh (Bartlett); and his siblings, Neil, Carl, Ronald Carbaugh and Doris Marshall.
He is survived by: his close friend Judith Ann Myers of Tionesta, PA.; his granddaughter Katie Ann Hindman; and his great grandchildren, Austin Travis Hindman of Tionesta and Kail Matthew Kitelinger of Tionesta. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
