He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Sr. Ochs and Ann Ochs; his wife Mary; his siblings, Harold Ochs and Miriam Steiner; and his siblings-in-law, Rose Clark (Joe), Sister Josephine Lencer, Angeline Lencer, George Karg and Tony Lencer.
He is survived by: his son Richard Ochs III (Deanna Ochs); his granddaughters, Lizzie and Ella; his sister Ann Slike (John); and his siblings-in-law, Rita Ochs, Edward Steiner, Pauline Starkey, Henry Lencer (Cathy), Frank Lencer (Dode), Teresa Cyphert (Larry), Barb Karg and Irene Lencer. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in his name may be made to Saint Joseph Church in Lucinda.
