It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen S. (Slocum) Reid (Leeper, Pennsylvania), who passed away on October 18, 2019, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Slocum and Violet "Vi" Slocum of Leeper, PA.; her brothers, David and Fred Slocum; and her parents-in-law, James and Willa Reid.
She is survived by: her husband James Reid; her children, Stephen J. Reid (Debra), Sharon M. Spangler (John) of Farmersville and Joyce A. Reid DeVol of Kimberton, PA.; her grandchildren, Emily Cosnotti, Reid Spangler, Kimberly Reid, Rose Spangler, Christian DeVol, Olivia DeVol and Molly Spangler; and her brother Thomas Slocum.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Pat's name to either the Mount Nebo United Presbyterian Church or Good Samaritan Hospice.
