With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Edward L. Mowrey (Leeper, Pennsylvania), who passed away on November 29, 2018 at the age of 58. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, Willis "Skip" and Mona Mowrey (Riggle); and his siblings, Theodore Mowrey of Richmond, VA and Patricia Rawls (Ken) of Chester, VA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
