He was predeceased by: his parent Frederick Stegner. He is survived by: his parent Ruth Stegner Walmer (Fetterman); his wife Susan Stegner (Vassar) of Gilpin Twp; his children, Joel T. Stegner of Leechburg, PA, Vicki R. Meyrs (Thomas) of Gilpin Twp, Joy R. Stegner of Vandergrift, PA and Billijo R. Stegner of Vandergrift, PA; and his sisters, Martha A. Roush of Leechburg, PA and Mary Hiller of Ford City, PA.. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
