He is survived by: his wife Donna M. Mundy (Lambie) of Gilpin Township; his sons, Jeff J. Mundy (Nikki) of Apollo and Todd W. Mundy of Ford City; his grandchildren, Dakota Mundy (Kristen), Will Mundy (Destiny), Taylor Cichello (Melissa) and Nick Cichello; his great grandchildren, Maleka, Liam, Karson Mundy and Clara Cichello; and his sisters, Shirley Kiro of Gilpin Township, Barbara Locher of Apollo, Christine Safranyos (James) of Allegheny Township and Mary Ann Schaeffer (Larry) of Hyde Park. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
