He was predeceased by: his parents, William Gunsalus and Alice Honan Gunsalus; and his stepdaughters, Becky Smorey and Angie Good. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Lou Glunt Gunsalus; his sons, Jason Gunsalus (Heather) of Leechburg and Jacob Gunsalus of North Carolina; and his stepchildren, Jackie Smorey of Leechburg, Eugene Smorey of Uniontown and Kelly Urick (Ken) of Florida. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren.
