He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Coutch and Nellie Coutch (Nolf); and his wife Marilyn Joyce Coutch (Beighley). He is survived by: his children, Jared W. Coutch (Kim Salsgiver) of Apollo, William J. Coutch II (Lisa) of Hot Springs, Arkansas, Carrie J. Woomer (Bill) of Leechburg and Lisa Marie Clowes (Frank) of Lower Burrell; his brothers, Frank Coutch of Gilpin Twp and Bob Coutch of Apollo; and his close friend Nancy Gasbarro of Leechburg. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
