It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Walter Scratchard of Leechburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 7, 2021, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Scratchard and Dolores Scratchard; his siblings, Robert J Scratchard, Suzanne Richter and Charles; and his former wife Roberta Scatchard.
He is survived by: his children, Debbie Scratchard and Paul Scratchard (Tammy); his grandchildren, Cassandra Cooper (Greg), Alan Rossey and Jesse Sanford; his great grandchild Tilly; and his sister Sandra Sublinsky (William). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
