He is survived by: his wife Debra Ann Sprague (Daugherty); his children, Sheila A. Casciola (Gene) of Waxhaw, NC and Thomas A. "Butch" Sprague of Apollo; his grandsons, Anthony and Dante Casciola; his brother Robert P. Sprague of West Sunbury, PA; and his pets, Tucker and Bill. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
