He was predeceased by: his parents, Boyd L. Sprague and Adella M. Sprague (Urban); and his siblings, Patricia Biertempfel and Charles R. Sprague, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Debra Ann Sprague (Daugherty); his children, Sheila A. Casciola (Gene) of Waxhaw, NC and Thomas A. "Butch" Sprague of Apollo; his grandsons, Anthony and Dante Casciola; his brother Robert P. Sprague of West Sunbury, PA; and his pets, Tucker and Bill. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Curran Funeral Home and Cremation Services - Leechburg (300 Market St, Leechburg, PA 15656). A masonic service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be offered in Tom's name to the Tunnels to Towers Foundation, 2361 Hyland Blvd., Staten Island, NY, 10306; or to a local animal shelter of your choosing.
