With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sylvia Fouse of Leechburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 30, 2023 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Blair and Florence Blair (Miller); her husband Roger Fouse; and her son Ronald Fouse. She is survived by: her daughter Brenda Thompson of Apollo; and her brother Larry Blair of Apollo. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; and fifteen great-grandchildren.
