He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale R. Smith and Lois I. Smeltzer Smith. He is survived by: his wife Linda LaVina Smith of Leechburg; his daughter Dawn L. Wilson (Mark) of Wheeling; and his siblings, Jeffrey D. Smith (Debra) of McGrann, Kenneth L. Smith of Leechburg and Carolyn Hickman (Lloyd) of Leechburg. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren.
