She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Mozga and Margaret Mozga (Chikar). She is survived by: her daughter Michelle L. Hack of Gilpin Township; and her siblings, Carl A. Mozga (Sandy) of Gilpin Township, George Mozga (Jan) of Washington Township and Betty Danka of Gilpin Township. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
