He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Skinner and Dorothy Skinner (Klingensmith); his sister Sina Jean Shipman; his grandson Anthony Skinner; and his great grandchild Daxton.
He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Eugene Skinner (Heather) of Apollo, Michael Craig Skinner (Maria) of Leechburg, Janice Cousins of Leechburg and Karen Lynn Rearigh (Edward) of Leechburg; and his grandchildren, Johnathon (Kristen), Krysta (Eric), Amanda (Dominic), Travis, Curtis, Kourtney, Mitchel and Taylor (Matt). He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
