She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Mihalik and Sofia Mihalik (Kanistak); her husband Adelmo W. Mottillo Sr.; and her siblings, Frank, Andrew Mihalik, Pauline Kovalski, Anna Pacuch and Mary Ann Mihalik.
She is survived by: her children, Adelmo W. Mottillo Jr. (Christine) of Leechburg and Linnette L. Stancik (Thomas) of Mars; her grandchildren, Dr. Thomas Stancik (Lauren), Dalton Mottillo (Stephanie) and Elizabeth Mottillo (Manny Ibarra); her great grandchildren, Alina Stancik, Gianna Mottillo, Sierra Mottillo, Camryn Mottillo, Sofia Ibarra and Lorenzo Ibarra; and her sister-in-law Betty Mihalik of Leechburg. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
