She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Thompson and Dorothy Thompson (Tippett); her sons, John R. Kennedy and Joseph Kennedy; and her siblings, John Thompson (Jack), James Thompson and Roberta L. Vallino (Thompson).
She is survived by: her sister Dolores Freilino (Dee); her children, Robin Patton (Ronald) of Leechburg and Edward Kennedy (Carrie Riggle) of Vandergrift; her grandchildren, Justin Hays, Ann Kennedy and Brandon Kennedy; and her great grandchild Eric Hays. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
