She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry P. Potter and Clara Potter (Stull); her husband Louis Berta; and her siblings, Harry Potter, Jr., Robert Potter, Donald Potter, William Potter, June Dellinger and Nancy Kerner.

She is survived by: her children, Lynn Keller (Randy) of Hummels Wharf, PA, Sandra Romanowski of Leechburg and Toni Williams (Tom) of Mercer, PA; her grandsons, Bradley Keller (Emily), Jason Romanowski (Amber Clever), Christopher Williams (Brooke) and Jeremy Williams; and her siblings, Richard Potter of Lower Burrell, James Potter (Patricia) of Oakmont and Sally Trefelner. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren; one step-great-grandson.

Her family suggests memorial donations may be made in Patricia's honor to a charity of the donor's choice.
