He was predeceased by: his father William Neal (Lois Lanning); and his niece Melissa Neal. He is survived by: his brothers, William Neal (Skip) of Arnold and Joseph Neal of Baltimore Maryland; his fiancée Barbara Bailey of Leechburg; his friend Michelle Long; his daughter Lily Newton of Leechburg, Several; and also Lucas Oldfield. He is also survived by Several Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
