It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mary Crooks (Leechburg, Pennsylvania), who passed away on September 24, 2019, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Leonard, II and Velma Leonard (Tackas). She is survived by: her husband Charles J. "Charlie" Crooks; and her brother Edward Leonard, III (Pam) of Alabama. She is also survived by sisters and brothers-in-law; several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be offered in Jane's name to the Pleasant Valley Rescue Ranch, 2205 Pleasant Valley Road, Murrysville, PA 15668.
