He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Kasacjak and Katherine Pauline Kasacjak (Huska); and his siblings, Joseph S., Steve, John J., Andrew J., Frank M., Anthony N. Kasacjak and Ann Kasacjak.
He is survived by: his sister Mary Novak (John) of Ford City. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
