She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Best and Twila Best (Rosenberger); her brothers, Robert, Paul and Roger Best; and her granddaughter Shannon Johns.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Johns (John) of Valencia, Brenda Cooper of Apollo, Donald Cooper (Shirley) of Lower Burrell and Randy Cooper (Tracy) of Arnold; her siblings, Shirley Best (Shaner), Donna Best (Eugene), Patricia Best, Ronald Best and Larry Best (Linda); and her close friend Carl Richard.
