She was predeceased by: her parent David Hoch; her husband Bert W. "Bill" Bowser; and her siblings, Theodore Hoch, David Hoch Jr., Phyllis McEwen and Carolyn Quillian.
She is survived by: her parent Twilla Mae Hoch (Eshbaugh); her children, William D. Bowser (Candace) of Lambertville, James T. Bowser (Denise) of Gilpin Township, George A. Bowser (Sandy) of Bethel Township and Carol Alter (Dave) of New Kensington; and her siblings, Robert Hoch (Peg) of Apollo, Donna Whittingham of Richmond and Sherry McKee of Phoenix. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter.
