He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon James Klingensmith and Roberta Vernie Klingensmith (Morgan); his wife Anna B. Klingensmith (Cane); and his siblings, Richard Lee Klingensmith, Geraldine Wilds and Marge Lingenfelter.
He is survived by: his son Richard L. Klingensmith (Loriel) of Vandergrift; his granddaughter Kayle McCormick (Bryan) of Monroeville; and his sister Jean Shellhammer of Spring Church.
