With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gail Elaine Pugh of Leechburg, Pennsylvania, born in North Apollo, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 30, 2024 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Gail Elaine departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Gail Elaine may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Gail Elaine leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clinton Martin and Henrietta Martin-Finnigan (Coulter); her husband G. Robert Pugh; her son Curtis Lee; and her sister Carol Baustert Bowser (Jeanie).
She is survived by: her children, Diana Barclay (Jamie) of West Leechburg, Vicki Peterman (Gary) of Gilpin Township, James Pugh (Pam) of Newnan, GA and Amy Nyiri (Dean) of Greensburg; and her sister Dorothy Lookabaugh of Parks Township. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
