He is survived by: his children, Dawn Stineman of Phoenix, Wendy Headley (Mike) of Leechburg, Dennis L. Phillips II of East Vandergrift and Meghen Sowers (Mark) of Washington Twp; and his brother Russell Phillips (Carolyn) of Boyertown. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren.
