She was predeceased by: her father Joseph Hoffer. She is survived by: her mother Barbara Hoffer (Sysynski); her husband Richard "Scott" Lewis of Leechburg; her son William McCoy (Ashlyn) of Apollo; and her siblings, Bill Hoffer of Washington State, Lisa Hoffer of Natrona Heights, Lora Hoffer of Delmont and Susie Foster of Raleigh, NC. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
