Dabney and Taylor L. Dabney; her stepson Breon Waller of Pottstown; her grandchildren, Harmony Z. Moore-Dabney, Hakeem A. Muhammad-Dabney and Elizabeth Grace Dabney; and her siblings, Herbert L. Lacey of Pottstown, Frank E. Lacey of Pottstown, Gary A. Lacey of Royersford, Bryan L. Lacey (Juanita) of Harleysville, Dennis Williams of Reading and Tammy L. Williams of Pottstown. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
