He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Simpson and Cecelia Simpson (Brannigan); his daughter Lynn Marie Templin; and his siblings, Joseph, Michael Simpson and Patricia "Patsy" Principe.
He is survived by: his wife Elaine F. Simpson (Sheetz); his children, Thomas M. Simpson, Michael Simpson (Lisa) and Deb Brubaker (Gary); his grandsons, Michael Simpson (Ashley), Tyler Simpson (Tetiana) and Alex Brubaker; his great grandchildren, Nala Rose Simpson and Violet Saige Simpson; and his brother Patrick Simpson (Barb).
