He was predeceased by: his father Lester E. White; his close friend Lisa A. Ruiz; his daughter Tara A. Fernandez; and his siblings, Betty J. Seibert, Lester E. White and Dennis Russell White.
He is survived by: his stepdaughter Ashley DeSevo; his sons, Terry White Jr. and Wayne White; his siblings, Don White, Patricia Kreiser, Susan Valerio and Gary White; his grandchildren, Brianna Baez, Xavier Baez, Zachary White, Derek White, Brayden Desevo and Patryck DeSevo; and his nieces, Amie and Tammy Adams. He is also survived by four Great Grandchildren and many beloved nieces and nephews.
