He is survived by: his son Todd (Karen Kuhn) of Lebanon; his granddaughters, Jennah Kuhn (Matthew Karnas) of Jonestown and Haylea Kuhn of Annville; his brothers, Patrick (Darlene Fair) of Lebanon and Larry (Wendy Fair) of Lebanon; his niece Robin Weiant; and his nephews, Dean, Scott and Jerry Weiant.
