She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul A. Arnold and Doris M. Arnold (Riegle); her son Joseph; her grandson Jared Robert Werth; and her brother John A. Arnold.
She is survived by: her children, Tony Matula and Beth Anne Werth (Robert Charles); her great grandchildren, Elyssa, Anthony, Kiana and Maddie; and her sister Faye Frantz.
