He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve C. Ogurcak and Anna Frances Baal Ogurcak; and his brother Robert J. Ogurcak. He is survived by: his spouse Gail D. Leahy Ogurcak; and his brother Thomas L. (Peg Ogurcak). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions be made to the Tunnel to Towers 2361 Hylan Blvd. Staten Island, NY 10306.
