He is survived by: his parents, Alfonse DeBellis and Lois DeBellis; his wife Jill C. DeBellis; his children, Anthony Alexander DeBellis, Matthew Nathaniel DeBellis and Anna Elizabeth DeBellis; and his siblings, Edward DeBellis, Robert DeBellis (Mary) and Kathleen Leotti. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
