She was predeceased by: her parent Samuel J.; and her brothers, William, Robert, Larry Sr and Kenneth Nicholas.

She is survived by: her parent Adia Stief Nicholas; her siblings, Earl Nicholas of Lebanon, Caroline Arnt of Jonestown and Geraldine Diamond of Lebanon; and her friend Alma Kreiser. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations to offset expenses can be mailed to 875 Prescott Drive, Lebanon, PA 17046.
