It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ruth J. Hoover of Lebanon, Pennsylvania, born in Bethel, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 11, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Irwin Gibble and Naomi Gibble (Miller); her daughter Kelly Martzall; and her daughter-in-law Shawn Dundore. She is survived by: her husband John Z. Hoover, Sr.; her children, Karen (Greg Anspach) and Dale Dundore; her son-in-law Rick Martzall; her stepchildren, Sandi Peeler, Lydia (Randy Oliver), Betsy (Dave Houtz), Eunice (Brian Heist) and John, Jr. (Tanya Hoover); and her sisters, Arlene Stamm, Jean Keeney, Glenna (Robert Lebo) and Phyllis Knoll. She is also survived by four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; 13 step-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
