She was predeceased by: her parents, Kyrle David and Irene Mary Hoffman (Bashore). She is survived by: her children, Dawn Boltz (Doris Snader) of Ephrata, Daryl Boltz of Hamilton, Bermuda and Kevin Boltz; her close friend Marianne Baka of Bethel; her grandsons, Nicholas and Joshua; and her sisters, Marlene Blatt of Bethel and Patricia Hoffman of Orlando, FL. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Faith Baptist Church, 220 S. 22nd Ave., Lebanon, PA 17042.
