He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Roth and Grace Wolfe Roth; his wife Nancy L. Fisher Wolfe; and his brothers, Roy Roth and Leonard Roth.
He is survived by: his children, E. Scott (Debbie Wolfe) of Lancaster, Russell Jr. (Robin Wolfe) of Myerstown and Cindy (Kevin Bender) of Mt. Zion; his grandchildren, Hailey Wolfe, Kyle Allen, Nikki Maldonado and Matthew Wolfe; his great grandchildren, Brian, Lexus and Kole; his brother Ronald "RJ" (Karen Roth) of Lebanon; his close friend Beatrice Bordner of Lebanon; and his aunt Eva Kutz (Polly) of Tremont. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer contributions be made to the VA Chapel Fund, 1700 S. Lincoln Ave., Lebanon, Pa. 17042 in his memory.
