She was predeceased by: her father Joseph Scala; and her husband Eugene Defilippis. She is survived by: her sister Joan M. Miller (Richard); her niece Jennifer Gregg (Jerry); her nephew Gregory Hicks; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Steven Boepple, Benjamin Boepple, Justin Boepple, Reginald Hicks, Michelle Boepple and Emma Michael.
