She is survived by: her parents, James Betts and Deborah R. Rice; her husband Ryan S. Wetzel; her children, Austin Spears, Ketelynn Spears and Christopher Filson; and her pet Havoc. She is also survived by 2 grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
