He is survived by: his mother Maria Belen Perez of Lebanon; and his siblings, Bethsida Guardiola Diaz of Lebanon, Doris Guardiola of Lebanon, David (Gloria Guardiola) of Lebanon, Evelyn Guardiola of Lebanon, Noemi Guardiola of Bethel, Ivette Guardiola of Bethel, Elizabeth Guardiola of Bethel and Daniel (Jennifer Perez) of Lebanon. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
