He was predeceased by: his son Robert Edward Stroh; his parents, Robert E. Stroh and Elizabeth J. Stroh (Kless); and his siblings, Barbara A. Troy (Stroh) and Bruce E. Stroh.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen L. Stroh (Emerich); his son Randall R. Stroh, Jr. (Colette S.); his granddaughters, Lauren E. Wentzel (Stroh) and Hannah M. (Louis Manza); his great grandchildren, Kaisleigh and Kolt; and his sister Carol E. Stroh of Maryland. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
